So many of us have been deeply affected by the unimaginably cruel, immoral, and illegal actions of the Trump administration.  It’s easy—and understandable—to feel overwhelmed and demoralized.  

When I feel this way, I often find grounding by getting out into nature and being in community.  Might this help you, too?

I will talk about what we are doing here in Maryland to address Trump’s most catastrophic actions, protect vulnerable neighbors, and make sure we all can flourish.  I also want to hear how you and your community are being affected by these recent developments, what help you may need, and what we can all do to take care of each other.

Whether or not you are able to join us on Saturday, please know that my office is available to help people navigate state agencies you may need help with, such as unemployment insurance, the health care exchange, or other safety net or state services.
