She drew together a broad coalition of interest groups–businesses, unions, environmentalists, and justice advocates–and drafted innovative legislation that creates manufacturing jobs, maximizes our investments in clean energy, protects rate-payers, improves the health of vulnerable populations, and helps the environment. A win for wind is a win for us all.
